FRANZ DIESSNER.

Franz has a winning streak that can be traced back to the second grade.

    “My school was having a fundraiser selling magazine subscriptions and there were prizes for top sellers. Naturally I wanted one of the best prizes, a Commodore 64 computer. It took a lot of magazine subscription sales to win that computer, but I put my mind to it and won. I never looked back.”  

With the same focus and tenacity Franz entered the competitive sphere of vacation real estate marketing in 2000. Having witnessed his mother rise through the ranks of commercial real estate as a young person, he knew the advantage to be had in fine tuning his marketing skills in such a fast-paced industry.

After listening to the encouragement of friends and colleagues Franz transitioned to residential real estate in 2010.

“Buying or selling a personal residence is a very intimate process, having someone ask you to guide them through that journey is a privilege. Serving clients in this capacity is incredibly rewarding.”

All work and no play makes Franz a dull boy. Keeping in that spirit he spends much of his personal time building legos, arm wrestling and practicing soccer with his son Gabriel.

JOE OVERLAND.

Joe has been selling real estate since 2005; but as far as he’s concerned, he’s been in the business since age 11. 

 “I used to make my parents stop the car so I could grab flyers from homes that were for sale in our neighborhood.”

Lifetime Seattle resident and son of a general contractor, Joe grew up watching his father transform the homes of his clients. Whether they were flipping a house or adding a building to an existing real estate portfolio, Joe learned at a young age the value of informed real estate decisions.  

    “With time, I witnessed the incredible amount of wealth families were able to create for themselves and future generations. I was inspired to follow that path and lead others along the way!"

When he’s not out fighting the good fight for your perfect home, Joe can be found in the kitchen of his Madison Park bungalow whipping up happy hour snacks for the team or marinating a premium filet for a pending dinner with friends.
